Punta del Este, Uruguay
2012

The proposal shapes itself to continue the facade level of the neighbors creating a respectful insertion in the neighborhood.

This one floor house respects the privacy of its owners from the barbecue to the back yard which gives the doors a touch of fresh air.

On this house, we can find three different types of exterior area. The dining room / living room is the protagonist of the house and extends itself until the front and has a unique character with the inclination of the cover. The service area alternates bathrooms and kitchen with interior yards, which provide light for the dorms. The dorms have more privacy because of the intimate back yards.

Project performed with Leonardo Botto and Federico Lapeyre.
